Playify grew out of The Workshopper, started in 2019 to share simple instructions and support for in-person facilitation. During COVID, the focus shifted to making virtual sessions feel alive through live workshops and practical formats. Today the work continues with interactive elements and short courses, plus careful use of AI to help people design playful, purposeful sessions that fit real constraints.

Playify.work is a set of practices, activities, lessons and prompts that reshape the working environment. It helps teams establish shared rituals, clearer signals, and kinder ways so collaboration feels safe and energised. You get warm-ups that unlock voices, creative challenges that spark ideas, and decision flows that move work forward. Debrief guides turn moments into learning. Use it in rooms or on screens to create rhythms and norms that last beyond any single session.
