Snowball Fight
This is an excellent way to end a day of workshops or training, it provides a bit of fun as well as ensuring everyone can contribute with feedback.
Everyone writes their thoughts on a piece of paper, scrunches it up, and then throws the paper balls around before reading someone else’s feedback out loud. Tends to be even better for larger groups.

Steps
- Hand out a piece of paper and pen to everyone (A4 sized tends to work well).
- Everyone writes down 1 feedback comment.
- Scrunch the page into a ball.
- Give the group a couple of minutes for the paper snowball fight.
- Everyone grabs 1 ball and smoothes it out.
- Stand in a circle and take turns reading the comment out loud.
Bonus tip
You do not need to tell the group, but as the feedback will be anonymous and you may want to reiterate that it should be constructive and not personal.
